Methymnaeos Organic Dry White Wine

Appellation: Protected Geographical Indication Lesvos
Production Techniques: Fermentation for three weeks at a temperature of 16° C.
Characteristics: Hay-colored. Fresh bouquet of flowers and citrus fruit. Although dry, Methymnaeos white has a sherry-like sweetness. Minerality evocative of sulfur, abundant in the volcanic soil of Lesvos.
Serving Suggestions: Serve chilled with smoked goods, fish and seafood, as well as white confections.
